The Toray TM720D-440 is a high-performance Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis (BWRO) Element engineered for large-scale municipal and industrial water treatment applications. Part of the renowned TM700D series, this element is specifically designed for treating water sources with medium salinity, ranging from 2,000 to 10,000 ppm. It utilizes an advanced cross-linked fully aromatic polyamide composite membrane to deliver the highest rejection rates available in the marketplace, ensuring superior permeate quality even in demanding conditions.

With an expansive active surface area of 440 square feet, the TM720D-440 maximizes productivity within a standard 8-inch diameter footprint. This increased surface area, combined with a 28-mil feed spacer, allows for high permeate flow rates of 12,100 GPD while maintaining a stable salt rejection of 99.8%. The element's design is optimized for high durability and enhanced chemical resistance, making it a reliable choice for operators looking for long service life and consistent performance in brackish water desalination.
