Toray TM810V Sea Water RO Membrane Element (4040)
The Toray TM810V is a high-performance Sea Water Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) membrane element designed for medium to high-salinity water sources (above 10,000 ppm TDS). This standard 4 inch by 40 inch element utilizes Toray's state-of-the-art cross-linked fully aromatic polyamide composite chemistry, delivering a high nominal salt rejection rate of 99.8%.
The TM810V is engineered for low-energy operation, achieving a nominal flow rate of 1,900 Gallons Per Day (GPD) at a standard test pressure of 800 PSI. Its robust design and high flux capabilities make it an ideal choice for commercial desalination systems, industrial process water purification, shipboard watermakers, and high-quality potable water applications requiring effective boron rejection. The element is rated for a maximum operating pressure up to 1,200 PSI.
